Intuit seeks highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts in one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers with their tax needs.

You’ll be on-site, providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building long-term relationships and growing TurboTax’s client base in your

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sundays–Saturdays, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
