Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships within the community.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging your tax knowledge to maximize refunds and provide planning guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building a client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, turning transactions into long-term relationships.
