Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You'll provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, using your tax expertise to tailor solutions for each unique situation. You will also help grow TurboTax's local client base, build long-term relationships, and participate in marketing efforts with the support of TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the public face of TurboTax locally, engaging with new prospects and building client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers with varying complexity.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future tax strategies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and contribute to a positive client experience in-store.
