Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide tax advice, and build client relationships in the local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role offers a base pay in California between $32.50 and $36.00 per hour, plus bonuses and benefits, and opportunities for growth within Intuit’s TurboTax ecosystem.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must possess PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax regulations.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, weekends included, 20+ hours per week.
• Ability to build local community presence and provide tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Offer tax advice, deductions optimization, and planning.
• Engage with prospects and convert them into long-term clients.
• Participate in local marketing and community outreach efforts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and accurate tax solutions.
