Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local TurboTax client base through in-person service and community engagement.

The role emphasizes customer service, relationship-building, and leveraging Intuit tools to deliver accurate tax solutions. Base pay for California is posted as $32.50–$36.00 per hour, with eligibility for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract new clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support.
