Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, advice, and software support, while building a local client base and delivering excellent customer service in a retail setting. Applicants should have active EA/CPA/attorney credentials, PTIN, and 3+ years of tax filing experience, with a willingness to engage the community and wear a TurboTax uniform.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN as required by federal law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be comfortable in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in TurboTax locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Help clients maximize refunds and plan future tax strategy.
• Grow a local client base through outreach and Marketing support.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism.
