Intuit Inc. seeks individuals for TurboTax Retail Expert roles at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support as a trusted adviser in your community.

Role is on-site, non-exempt, with a focus on growing the client base and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will represent TurboTax locally and support marketing efforts, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license required.
• PTIN must be active for filing taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging locally and attracting clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and nurture long-term client relationships.
