Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and building lasting relationships within the community. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering accurate tax solutions, leveraging resources, and engaging customers with a personal touch.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season.
• Onsite availability, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships within the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally and engage with community marketing initiatives.
