Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and build client relationships in a friendly retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active professional license (EA/CPA/attorney) preferred and tax experience.
• PTIN is required to file taxes; state licenses may be needed.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions, review taxes, maximize refunds, and plan ahead.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
