Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform hands-on tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow local client bases while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires on-site presence, adherence to uniforms, and engagement with the community to expand TurboTax’s trusted advisory network.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Assist with local marketing and community engagement to grow client base.
