Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax expertise, perform full-service tax return preparation, and support clients in a friendly, customer-focused environment.

This onsite role emphasizes community engagement and local client growth, with opportunities to build a thriving TurboTax business in your area and within Intuit’s marketing framework.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite 20 hours per week.
• PTIN required to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax at local locations.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building long-term relationships.

Skills
