Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll provide full-service tax preparation, expert guidance, and product support while building relationships in your local community.

As a frontline advisor, you’ll grow the client base, deliver personalized tax insights, and participate in local marketing efforts. This non-exempt, onsite role offers a pathway to meaningful impact and growth within Intuit.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Assist in local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Utilize government resources and tools to provide accurate tax solutions in plain language.
