Intuit, Inc. seeks skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, expert tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and ensuring excellent customer service. You will be a trusted advisor, engaging with the community, leveraging marketing support, and building long-term relationships.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN active to file taxes.
• Min. 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsabilidades

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
