Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes community engagement, trust-building, and applying tax expertise to diverse client needs. Must reside in the United States and be willing to work in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and online.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
