You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community and building client relationships. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, prospect conversion, and collaboration with TurboTax marketing teams to grow the local client base.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and using Intuit tools.
