Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will prepare tax returns, provide expert tax advice, and build relationships with local clients.

The role emphasizes community engagement, trust-building, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience. You will represent TurboTax, work 20+ hours weekly, and may participate in local marketing efforts.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers with tax questions and complete tax returns for simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow TurboTax client base by engaging with the local community and referrals.
• Coordinate with marketing and store teams to deliver a positive customer experience.

Conocimientos

EA/CPA/Attorney license

PTIN

Tax preparation experience

Circular 230 familiarity

Onsite retail experience

Bilingual English/Spanish
