Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and tax advice to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations and maximize refunds.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, develop local relationships, and participate in marketing efforts with support from Intuit. This role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax scenarios.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources, tools, and team expertise.
• Build long-term client relationships and contribute to local marketing efforts.
