Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, helping customers with in-person tax needs and delivering full-service tax return preparation.

You’ll build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax network in your community, and provide accurate tax advice using TurboTax tools, while representing the brand in a front‑line retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be licensed to file state taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
