Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, helping customers with in-person tax preparation and advisory services.

You will be a trusted advisor, expanding the local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience. You will represent TurboTax locally, connect with customers, and leverage marketing support to grow a thriving, community-focused practice while maintaining compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Interact with clients to deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
