Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. In this role you will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax marketing support to build a thriving retail tax practice.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and advice for TurboTax customers onsite.
• Deliver tax planning and tax reviews, including deductions optimization and amendments.
• Assist customers, explain tax concepts in plain language, and ensure accurate software usage.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing collaboration.
