Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, while growing a local client base and delivering a best-in-class experience. The role requires on-site presence, strong tax expertise, and the ability to engage with the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software/product support for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize tax outcomes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients in a retail setting.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and participate in local marketing initiatives.
