Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full tax preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, leveraging marketing support to grow your local client base. You will be a trusted advisor, connecting with customers to ease tax stresses and build long‑term relationships while representing TurboTax locally and in community marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN on file as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Drive customer loyalty by expanding the client base and delivering a best-in-class experience in person and via digital tools.
