Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, leveraging your knowledge to navigate complex situations and build client trust.

As a proactive community ambassador, you’ll grow your local client base, deliver outstanding service, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing and support to expand the business within your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Must reside within the United States and be able to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid 1040 filings with professional software.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes; willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local TurboTax client base and build long-term relationships in the community.
• Represent TurboTax locally and participate in local marketing initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and help clients navigate tax complexity.
