Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support TurboTax software for in-person customers. Role emphasizes community engagement, prospect nurture, and long-term relationship building with clients while maintaining a front-facing retail presence.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for minimum 20 hours per week.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Comfortable in a front-facing retail environment and connecting with the community.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
