Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. In this on-site role you will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, using your tax expertise to deliver accurate solutions and build trust.

You will grow the local TurboTax client base through community outreach, nurture relationships, and deliver exceptional customer

Qualifications

• Must hold an active EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must maintain applicable State licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience filing 30+ federal/state returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite, front-facing retail, 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Ability to build local community presence.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions discovery.
• Build long-term client relationships through local outreach.
• Represent TurboTax in the community and marketing activities.
