Intuit Inc. in the United States is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.

You will provide full service tax preparation, expert advice, and personalized support to help clients maximize refunds and navigate complex tax situations. The role emphasizes community engagement, local marketing, and building lasting client relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, Sundays–Saturdays, at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Use government resources, professional tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
