Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, leveraging your tax knowledge to tailor solutions to each client.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns preparation experience using professional software.
• Must be comfortable working on-site at a TurboTax location in the US.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
• Create an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Engage with local communities to grow TurboTax’s client base and build long-term relationships.
