Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at on-site locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and related software support while building relationships in the local community.

The role emphasizes tax knowledge, client service, and the ability to grow a local client base through proactive outreach and marketing support. On-site availability, a retail environment, and a strong customer-first mindset are essential.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses/certificates or bonds.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
