Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as TurboTax Retail Experts in dedicated locations across the United States.

This on-site role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and grow a local client base through marketing support and software tools. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support, while building long-term relationships with clients in a front-facing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Onsite availability Sundays-Saturdays, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform.
• Legal work eligibility to reside in the United States.
• Experience in tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for the future.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit’s video tools; address inquiries and overcome tax challenges.
