Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts. You will assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations, providing tax preparation, advice, and software support while building lasting relationships in the local community.

You will engage with prospects, conduct discovery sessions, and leverage marketing and TurboTax resources to grow client bases. This role requires on-site presence and strong tax knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active professional license required (EA, CPA or attorney).
• Active PTIN registered with IRS.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and local face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete prep services for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to build trust and loyalty.
