Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving as trusted tax advisors to customers navigating their tax needs.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building relationships in the local community to grow Intuit’s client base. This non-exempt, front-facing role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and a commitment to customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license is required.
• PTIN must be active to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.
