Qualifications

• Must have active EA, CPA, or attorney license and PTIN.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax preparation experience (1040s).
• Onsite work at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and related tax rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice in person.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience at a retail location.
• Support local marketing and community engagement efforts.
