Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location.

You will be the local face of TurboTax, helping clients maximize refunds while building lasting relationships in your community. The role emphasizes in-person service, eligibility for bonuses, and opportunities to grow a local client base with marketing support from TurboTax.

Qualifications

• Active tax credentials (EA/CPA/attorney) with hands-on tax return experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season preferred.
• Comfortable working onsite in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences and build long-term relationships.
