Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while expanding the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Help clients with simple to complex tax situations and tax planning.
• Build trust and develop local client relationships through community engagement.
