Job summary

Intuit is recruiting TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, while growing TurboTax’s client base locally and building long-term relationships.

This role emphasizes customer-centric service, community engagement, and compliance with tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
