Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local client relationships and contributing to community outreach.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of financial experts, helping customers meet their tax needs and maximize refunds, with opportunities for growth and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and engage with new prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term trust and relationships.
