Intuit seeks TurboTax - Retail Expert to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S., helping in-person customers with tax returns, advice, and software support.

You'll build relationships in the community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience while representing TurboTax locally. This non-exempt, hourly role requires flexible weekend hours and a passion for financial empowerment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses/certificates
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season
• Familiarity with Circular 230
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location; weekends possible
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparatio n services for customers
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using resources and team expertise
• Create a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools
• Support local community outreach and marketing efforts
