Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the U.S. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while growing the client base in your local community. Roles are non-exempt and require onsite presence in the United States.

You will engage with prospects, deliver personalized tax solutions, and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience, leveraging Intuit resources and marketing support.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• PTIN (Preparer Tax Identification Number) required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays, ~20 hours/week.

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Handle simple to complex tax situations and maximize refunds.
• Utilize government resources and professional tools for accurate tax solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, helping clients achieve financial goals.
• Build long-term trust and ongoing relationships with clients.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and assist with tax-related challenges.
