Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You will provide tax preparation, advice, and product support while growing local client relationships and driving loyalty within the community.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires 20+ hours per week and weekend availability. Benefits include a 401(k) with company matching, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN needed to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain related state licenses/certifications.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to build local social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
