This role blends tax expertise with community engagement, helping grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and deliver high-quality service in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN active and state licenses/certificates where required.
• Minimum 3 years of preparing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax in the local area.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
