Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at Retail or Flagship locations in the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and advice to customers. You’ll use TurboTax software to complete tax returns, provide tax planning guidance, and support customers in a friendly, professional manner.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week, weekends included.
• Willing to build local/online presence and share tax tips and content.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail.
