Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in California. You will deliver tax preparation, provide expert tax advice, and help clients maximize refunds while engaging with the local community.

You will build client relationships, support marketing efforts, and promote TurboTax products in a friendly, front-facing retail environment. A valid EA/CPA/attorney license and PTIN are required, with on-site availability.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and building long-term client relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine client focus.
