Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Retail Experts at one of our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, community engagement, and customer service to help clients navigate their tax needs in a friendly, on-site setting.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-store customers, while building local relationships and growing the client base with marketing support

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax planning, deductions optimization, and amendments as needed.
• Engage with local community to attract new clients and grow the TurboTax client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
