Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation and advice, helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission of empowering prosperity. This non-exempt, on-site role requires building local relationships, growing the client base, and delivering exceptional service using TurboTax tools, with opportunities for marketing

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns filing experience.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfort with onsite work 20 hours/week, weekends included.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services.
• Help clients with deductions optimization and tax planning.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via tools.
