Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate individual and small business tax needs while building trust and loyalty.

You will grow the local client base, engage with the community, and contribute to marketing efforts, aiming to empower clients with clear tax insights and practical planning guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, on a fixed schedule.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing federal/state returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
