Job summary

Intuit Inc. is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building long-term relationships in the community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds may be required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a proactive community ambassador and build the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and turn one-time transactions into long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in person and via Intuit’s tools to address tax inquiries and challenges.
