Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help customers achieve favorable outcomes while growing a local client base. You’ll engage with the community, convert prospects into long-term clients, and collaborate with marketing and support teams to make taxes approachable for everyone.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license required or able to obtain.
• PTIN required to file taxes; state licenses possible.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience.
• Familiarity with tax law and Circular 230.
• Experience using professional tax software and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice on-site.
• Assist customers with deductions, planning and amendments as needed.
• Build local client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in plain language and ensure a great client experience.
