Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for in-person customers, acting as a trusted advisor to help achieve positive financial outcomes. You will grow the TurboTax client base locally, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships with community members, supported by TurboTax marketing and software

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts to make taxes accessible and approachable.
