Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and product support to individuals and small businesses, helping clients navigate complex tax situations and build strong relationships.

You will engage with the local community, grow the client base, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience through personal, clear guidance and modern TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain relevant State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local/online TurboTax presence and content creation for the community.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and help clients meet financial goals while building long-term relationships.
