Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work directly with in-person customers to prepare tax returns, offer tax advice, and provide software support.

As a trusted advisor, you will help grow TurboTax’s local client base, build long-term relationships, and drive community engagement with marketing support and resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Comfortable working onsite in a TurboTax retail location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive local ambassador, representing TurboTax in the community and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and help clients with tax planning and software support.
